The Home Buyer of the Year Award

At Sir Winston Realty Inc., we have made a commitment to putting you, the consumer first. We know that you are our most important asset; and so we have made a commitment to reward a home buyer each year for selecting Sir Winston Realty as his of her Real Estate Company. Each 4th of July weekend we will select the home buyer who has purchased a home from Sir Winston Realty and has improved the home to the point where it has become an improvement to his or her community. The winner will receive $1,000 and for each year we are in business, we will increase the winnings by $1,000 (**see note 2). Winner or winners will be notified by July 4th of the year after purchase.

RULES OF THE CONTEST

1. The Home Buyer must mail in a photo of their home to our office with the owners name, address and phone number written on the back, within 30 days after closing.
2. A new photo containing the name, address and phone number must be mailed in by June 15th of the year after purchase to be eligible to win.
    

Note:

1. Improvement is based on external improvement only. EXAMPLE: landscaping, siding, windows, etc.
2. Our first winner was awarded July, 1992 for the year 1991. Prize is increased by $1,000 for each year thereafter.
